Weather is a short-term change in the atmosphere. Weather is something that you are not expecting. Weather is the state of the atmosphere at any time. Some weather is like precipitation, temperature, air pressure and cloud coverage.

Climate is a long-term change of the weather. Like the weather you are expecting. Climate is affected by large events. A earthquake or difference on sea level can have huge effects on the climate. A climate is a long term, steady weather temp. and type. The season or tilt of the earth affects climate. The moon affects climate. So many huge things affect it that if one thing is wrong it can be horrible. Imagine changing positions on the earths tilt with India. You would rise in seal level and then the heat would be crazy suddelnly it went from 10 degrees to 100.

Latitude is The angular distance of a place north or south of the Earth's equator, or of a celestial object north or south of the celestial equator, usually expressed in degrees and minutes. Also you can say distance north or south of the Earth’s equator measured in degrees, up to 90 degrees.
