Absenteeism and Tardiness

Parents, please be advised that your scholar's attendance is reported to the state.

Unexcused scholar absences and tardies negatively impact the overall score GIA receives from the state.

If your scholar has an excused absence, please provide a written/typed explanation for your scholar's absence to Ms. Ebonie Fagin in the main office. You may also email a copy of the letter to your scholar's homeroom teacher. Please do not give the note directly to your scholar to turn in.

Moby Max Math Fact Fluency

Parents, it is very important that scholars master their (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division) math facts along with higher-order math skills. One way to master math facts is to utilize Moby Max (daily, or as often as possible) for practice.

Contact your scholar's math or homeroom teacher should you have any questions.

Remember - practice makes perfect!!!!
