They may be responsible for a variety of duties such as safely restraining horses during exams , jogging horses for lameness tests, administering medication, bandaging wounds, preparing surgical sites, running laboratory tests, taking & developing radiography


Veterinary technicians need a two-year associate's degree, regardless of specialty. Pass the Veterinary Technician National Exam


Average of $31,030 per year, that's about $14.92 an hour
