About Mimi

Mimi is a pediatrician passionate about working with underserved communities to transform their health. After doing HumBio at Stanford, Mimi went to Harvard Medical School, then completed residency at UCSF in the Pediatric Leadership for the Underserved (PLUS) program. She now works for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, providing care and teaching medical students and residents at a safety net hospital, while also serving on the boards of the LA Trust for Children's Health and the largest FQHC in South Los Angeles, St John's Well Child and Family Center.
