Last Reminders Before Google Go Live

Google Goes Live on May 31st

When Google Goes Live on May 31st, you will no longer be able to access your Outlook account. You will see this message if you try to access your account:

What does that mean?

From May 31st forward, you will be using Gmail and Google Calendar as your official accounts. You will want to make sure that you are comfortable using both applications before the 31st and notify contacts outside of the SDCC of your new email address. Your @oneclay.net email address will continue to forward your emails to your new @myoneclay.net account for some time, but it is best practices to let outside contacts know about the change.

We also recommend that you move the files that you want to keep from from your H Drive (or your My Documents folder...wherever you store files on your computer) to the Google Drive at this time. This will ensure seamless access to all of your files.

Using Google Apps for Education in the OneClay Portal

A helpful hint...if you use the my.oneclay.net portal you will see icons for the Google Apps for Education. The great thing about the OneClay Portal is that once you log in once and install the extension, you can single sign on straight into your @myoneclay.net Google account.
