Christmas Wish List

We are not doing an Angel Tree at school this year. However, if you'd like to purchase a Christmas gift for your student's classroom, please call the school or email Michelle at She has a Christmas Wish List for each class. Although not necessary, some families have done this instead of buying a gift for staff. There are items in many price ranges.

  • Thursday, December 17 is PJ Day. All students may wear their pajamas to school.
  • There is no school on Friday.
  • Christmas Holiday-No School, December 18- January 4.

Thank you!

Thank you to our Staff Appreciation Committee and all of the families that contributed for the wonderful lunch last Wednesday. It was a delicious treat and we all felt very appreciated.

Family Christmas Program

Our Family Christmas program was wonderful! Thanks to Mrs. Speirs for directing it and to Woodland West Church of Christ for allowing us to use their church. Thank you, also, to all the families who came.

Christmas Shopping

Be sure to stop by and shop at our Gator Gifts. This is a great way to get some of your Christmas shopping done.

Gator Gala

This year's event will be held on February 27 at Cacharel Restaurant. Our theme will be "On the Red Carpet" and will celebrate our wonderful students. Mark your calendar now for this fun event! We will have limited seating this year so you'll want to get your reservation in early. Invitations will be sent in January. (We will need help with these, so please stand by in early January!)

Auction Items Needed

We ask each of our families to contribute an item for our auction. This can be something you get donated from an area restaurant or business, so you don't need to spend a penny. We especially need larger items for our Live Auction and bottles of wine for our Wine Pull. Call Jean if you have ideas, suggestions, or contact names for donations.

Interested in Housing Options?

We will be forming a housing co-operative for Green Oaks/Arlington through Project Independence. In order to join, you must attend a presentation by CPSH (like the one held here on November 8). We will be offering another presentation on a weeknight sometime in January. If you are interested in being part of this, please let Jean know at
