Weekly Email

September 7 - September 13

It's September!

Hello everyone,

I am sorry that this email is a little late. I am glad to say that I have seen many improvements over the past couple weeks, so this email should be fairly short. We had a smooth Labor Day weekend, with the exception of some of the usual craziness. However, there were no major issues, and for that, I am thankful.

Yahoo! Password

This morning I received an email that someone in the UK is trying to access our email account. For this reason, I have changed the password. The new password to access our email is Daysinn1700.

Cash

Even if you have not collected any cash throughout your shift, you need to drop an envelope with shift cash count form inside! You also need to fill out the cash drop log!

Credit/ Debit Cards

I am still having issues with some of you on this. We do not accept cards that do not have the guest name on it!! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shuttle Sign Up

The schedules for the rest of the season are in the manila envelope in the black bin. There should be no reason for you not to be signing people up. On Sunday, the shuttle driver was given Thursday's schedule. He had no idea what the actual sign-ups were, and therefore, came at the incorrect times. That was our fault. Please pay attention to what you are doing.

ASK EVERYONE IF THEY NEED A SHUTTLE. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY DROVE HERE OR NOT.

parking permits

Guys, I am still not seeing this being done by everyone!! PARKING PERMITS MUST BE GIVEN OUT! Parking is free while you stay here. Extended parking is 7/night + tax.
Do something!

September 5th was National Charity Day. This month I will be working with Charity: Water. Do your part and donate. If you want to help by volunteering instead, let me know!
