One of the most important thing in life is being healthy. The three steps to get a healthy life are exercise, A healthy diet and getting rest if you follow these three steps you are sure to be healthy..I wont say that i am 100% healthy but I try my best to be healthy. For the exercise part I love swimming and playing sports like volleyball, badminton, field hockey e.t.c for the healthy diet part I like to eat fruits like pomegranate, mangoes, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple e.t.c and for the resting well I get a lot of that.
THE BENEFITS OF BEING HEALTHY
The benefits of being healthy are way more than the benefits of not being healthy and just an F.Y.I being healthy doesn't necessarily mean that you have to be slim and fit. Anyways the benefits of being healthy are you don’t get sick as much, you don’t get weak and a lot more. Being healthy gives you confidence and makes you feel proud. That is why being healthy is important.
