CBSD's VH1-Save the Music Concerts

On Friday and Saturday nights, students and music teachers from Tamamend and all over the district performed at Holicong Middle School to raise money for VH1-Save the Music. This year over $10,000 was raised for this program that supports other schools and school districts who can not afford to keep their music programs. Congratulations to everyone who performed and attended this fun concert for a worthy cause!

Above: Students from Tamanend and Holicong joined together with Music teachers from all over the district for the finale.

Below: Mr. Werner sang "Live Like You Were Dying" accompanied by Mr. Chodoroff; Ms. Weber played "Devil Went Down to Georgia" with Mrs. DeVasto; and Mr. Sanchez sang "Thriller" accompanied by TMS Student Dancers.

End of 2nd Marking Period

This Friday, February 1st, is the end of the 2nd Marking Period. It is also a half day. You do not have to wait until report cards to find out how your student is doing. We encourage parents and students to look at the Parent Portal together on a regular basis to be sure that progress is on track, Celebrate successes - there are many! If you see any areas of concern, ask your student(s) if they have talked with their teacher(s). If you still have questions, please email the teacher.

The KAD Spirit Keeps Growing

By the end of last week, students had signed up for KAD 3-on-3 basketball teams. On Friday, while wearing green, we gathered to spell out our KAD spirit! Be sure you check out the link below to our KAD web page for more information about KAD and how you can get involved.
