30 Day Cleanse

The Plan
Cleansing is a great way to give your digestive system a break and lose a little weight while doing it! In my opinion, the most effective way to cleanse and rebuild the body is through a Juice Feast.
Week 1
The first 7 days of this cleanse will be Juice Feasting. Fresh squeezed juice is PACKED with nutrients. It’s like taking the biggest, baddest daily multi ever! There’s no fiber for the body to digest or process so the nutrients are able to be absorbed immediately into the blood stream. Fresh squeezed juices are also full of LIFE FORCE. No cleansing supplements or daily multi vitamins can compare to a freshly extracted juice. You can start living a healthier, more vibrant existence by drinking an amazing, vibrating, nutritious juice.

During the Juice Feast we will be delivering 1 gallon of freshly extracted juice. If this is not enough to sustain you cravings we can up your intake. This is a time to really develop a connection with your body and listen to its signals. It will tell you what it wants so use the gallon per day as a guideline, not a rule.
Week 2
We will be incorporating smoothies and fiber back into your diet. You will consume a half a gallon of Juice and a half gallon of smoothies. Green Smoothies are a fast, easy, and delicious way to get a big dose of vitamins and minerals, plus they taste FANTASTIC!! A serving of your green smoothie will contain 4+ servings of dark leafy green vegetables and fruit; which is more than most people get in a week...some an entire month! Greens and the nutrients we get from green leafy vegetables are crucial in reducing cravings, increasing energy, boosting the immune system, and aiding in weight loss.
Blending plays a crucial role in the body’s ability to absorb vital nutrients. Green Smoothies will provide your body with a major influx of vital nutrients that (because of the blending) are readily available and easy to absorb. That means more bang for your buck!
Fiber is an essential nutrient. Fiber plays an important part of proper digestion and plays a crucial role in our body’s ability to cleanse waste and toxicity.
Week 3 and 4
You will be transitioning into solid food. In many ways, breaking your juice and smoothie feast is just as important as the actual cleanse. We will provide you with 32 ounces of Juice and 32 ounces of Smoothies as well as a detailed plan with recipes to ease back in to solids.
Cost and Delivery
Juices and Smoothies will be delivered every other day to your doorstep by 6am.
