Support for GISD Technology Devices has Moved
Technology support for student and staff Chromebooks, laptops, and other district devices has moved the former Alamo Elementary School at 5200 N ½ Street. Please enter through Door 2A on 51st Street. Normal hours will be Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Alternate Hours during STAAR Testing (through May 21) will be 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Fridays. We will be closed beginning June 1. An appointment for technology support can be made by calling 409-761-3933.

Bryan Museum Summer Camp
The Bryan Museum is offering a limited number of full and partial scholarships to its fun-filled history camp this summer! Learn more about the camp: https://thebryanmuseum.org/summer-camp/
Campers Eligible for Scholarships:
• Are students in Galveston schools
• Have completed grades 3-5
• Have a demonstrated need through enrollment in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program, CHIP, SNAP, OR are facing short-term financial issues or extenuating circumstances
Scholarship applications are due to The Bryan Museum by June 11. Apply online at https://thebryanmuseum.org/summer-camp/, mail your completed form, or complete in person at The Bryan Museum.
