As we get back into the swing of things we wanted to remind you to be sending baggie books back as much as possible. If your child cannot find their baggie book please write us a note to let us know. Reading at home makes a significant impact to the success of your student in 1st grade.
Remember we do not have school on Monday or Tuesday.

ELA: I can identify the main topic and supporting details of an informational text.
Students have shown so much growth in just one short week with main topic and key details. We are continuing to practice finding details that directly relate to the main topic.
ELA: I can write an information book.
We became "teachers" this week in our writing. Student's practiced writing information books.
Behavior: I can be a "now" kid. Now kids follow directions the first time, quickly, quietly and exactly.
