Winter Concert

Congratulations to Mrs. Froehlich, Mr. Reichenfeld, Mrs. Sadar and all of our talented student musicians on a fabulous Winter Concert! It is clear that many hours of preparation went into the delightful performance. Thanks to all who attended last week's concert and to those who have supported these wonderful musicians at home!

If you weren't able to catch the concert live, you can view the recording below.

Prismatic Magic Laser Show

A special thanks to Mrs. Mandel and the PTA for organizing a terrific cultural arts performance for our students last week. The unique and engaging laser show was a true crowd pleaser! Hoover Elementary School is so fortunate to have the support of our families who provide exciting experiences, like this, for our children!

Winter Party Details

Classroom parties to celebrate the Winter Holidays will be held on Wednesday, December 23rd beginning at 2:30PM. In accordance with the District’s Volunteer Policies, party chaperones must submit either a copy of their clearances or a signed Volunteer Affirmation to the main office. This document is valid for the entire school year, so volunteers who have already submitted an affirmation do not need to complete an additional copy. Please be advised that homeroom coordinators will need to submit the list of party chaperones by no later than Friday, December 18th.

Additionally, a list of snacks that will be provided to the students should be shared with classroom teachers by Wednesday, December 16th. This will ensure that all food items are safe for students with allergies and adhere to the guidelines of the District’s Wellness Policy.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the main office, your child’s teacher, or the homeroom coordinator for your child’s class.

Recess Announcements

Please remember that we will be taking the students outside for recess as long as the weather holds out. It is very important to send students with proper winter attire, including a warm coat, hat, gloves, etc. If there is snow on the ground, students must have boots and snow pants to play in the snow during recess times. Thank you!
