Important Announcements and Reminders
As you are wrapping up services for ESY, completion data for all ESY students must be entered in the Post ESY Spreadsheet linked below. While the information is due 7/22, you may have staff continue to work with enrolled 8th graders who are working towards completion and be reminded any students who have not met criteria for promotion by the Friday before Labor Day weekend will remain enrolled in middle school for the entire year. Post ESY letters are also included below. Please reach out to Tonia Shook with any ESY questions. Kudos to HMS, PVMS, RRMS and SSMS for already having the spreadsheet complete and/or having all students now eligible for promotion to HS. Great work Team!
Please be sure to upload your deliverables, with the last day of Planning week as the deadline. Items bolded are requested as soon as available. Items to upload are:
1. SuP at a Glance
2. RtI at Work Pyramid
3. Leadership and Instructional Team Structures (Meeting Time, Members, Focus)
4. Admin Responsibilities (secondary only)
5. Master Schedule (including core and interventions)
6. Enrichment and Intervention Plan
7. Schoolwide Social and Academic Expectations and Recognition System
8. Please also upload your Drill Schedule for the year and Planning Week Agenda
9. In addition to the above, please upload any ReOpening specific procedures from the “Must Do” list – ex, traffic flow plans, cafeteria plans, social distancing plans, cleaning/restocking plans, etc.
Your flexibility and adaptability are most appreciated in these unprecedented times. I know you are being mentally challenged daily with the tremendous amount of information to process as you make adjustments to your routines and schedules in planning for next year. The procedures you put in place will go far to ensure the health and safety of your stakeholders. Thank you for your leadership - Keep moving forward, you’ve got this!

SharePoint Resources
SIP and SuP information
TS&I and CS&I Schools: Schools designated TS&I or CS&I based on the 2018-19 ESSA ratings and school grades are required to use the state’s template for their SIP located at www.floridacims.org. This template is now available in CIMS, and each Principal has an account. Principals have the ability add any other people to the system using the Manage Users feature. To log in, use your email address and your password is 123456, if you have not changed it. If you are unsure of your password, click the forgot your password button.
All Pasco County Schools: Schools will complete their Success Plan as they did last year—in the SuP SharePoint. Last year’s plans have been placed in the 2020-2021 SuP folder. To make your school’s plan current, please update any dates and revise any part of your school’s plan that needs to be changed for the upcoming school year in SuP SharePoint.
The current deadline for schools’ completion is August 31st regardless of the plan or plans being completed.
