Masks- ALL students must have properly fitting masks. Masks will be worn throughout the school day.

Arrival- Students can arrive as early as 7:20am. When dropping off students, pull into the front parking lot. Use the left car lane to drop off students. Adults should stay in the car. Staff will be present to assist students. *Please drive slowly into the parking lot.*

Dismissal- Dismissal begins at 2:10pm. If students need early dismissal, office must be notified by 1:45pm. During dismissal, no cars should be on the premises. Families may park on Fairfax Avenue or Fairfield Avenue.

Devices- District issued devices and chargers should come to school each day. Be sure to charge your student devices daily.

Uniforms- Student uniforms consist of red or black collared shirts and khaki or black bottoms.

Building Access- As our learning will begin on Day 1, we ask that parents take pictures and get hugs and kisses out morning drop off. Families will not go into the building tomorrow with students in order to better serve our learning of procedures.

Students can arrive as early as 7:20 and report to class at 7:45. Students are considered tardy at 8:01. If your student will be absent, please call the school by 7:45am or fill out the Absence Form https://evanstonacademy.cps-k12.org/contact/attendance-report

Hello All! I am so excited to work with Evanston Academy students and families and look forward to meeting you soon. A little bit about myself... I am a native Cincinnatian, attending CPS schools K-12. I taught students grades 1 through 5 in all subjects for 11 years, before moving into administration as an Assistant Principal. My educational "love" is helping students who need extra support and extending the knowledge of gifted learners. I am a strong believer that ALL students have gifts and our job as educators is to help students realize those gifts so they can achieve success.
