January 2016

Our Mission

We believe that through teaching and learning, we have the opportunity to impact and positively change the lives of our students. We believe that all students are capable of defining and experiencing success, ultimately building confidence in themselves while instilling a spirit of generosity, drive, passion, and focus. We work in collaboration with San Jacinto College to help at-risk students attain college credit with the aspiration of earning an Associate's Degree and Distinguished High School diploma in four years.

Welcome Back!

Happy 2016 ECHS Family! We are excited about this semester as we have a great deal to look forward to: preparing our 2016 Seniors for Graduation as well as beginning the planning process of college admissions for our 2017 Juniors. In addition to this, we will continue our work with preparing the class of 2018 for the Fall 2016 semester at San Jacinto College. We will also begin scheduling times for the Class of 2019 to meet to discuss graduation plans.

We will continue to support our students through SMART Lunch tutorials, as well as ICU times during lunch; afterschool tutorials, and on Saturdays (see schedule for January below). Please ensure that you are monitoring grades through Skyward (and Blackboard for San Jacinto College courses). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to schedule an appointment or have any questions.

If you currently have an eighth grader at either Null Middle School or King Middle School, we will be providing information for the Class of 2020 this Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. at King Middle School and on Thursday from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Null Middle School.
