If your swimmer comes to practice dressed for the theme, they get a prize!

Take a picture of your Cuda swimmer wearing their TPT outfit and post it on Facebook. Make sure to include #CudasTPT2016 so we can find it and feature it in the Cuda Nation!

At-Home Workout for Monday, May 9th

Since there is no practice May 9th, Coach Jennie wants you to do a workout in the neighborhood lap pool or at your home pool, if you have one!

What would be really fun is for the whole family to try this workout together. The Cuda swimmers could demonstrate it and then teach their parent(s) how to do it. If you get good pictures of your family working out together, send them to!

Questions? Contact Liz Gilbert,

Candy from your Coaches!

The Cuda Coaches want to see the swimmers after they swim each time at the meet!

When your Cuda gets out of the water after swimming in each event, have them go see the coaches. After giving them constructive feedback, the coaches will give your Cuda some candy!

This is a great time for your swimmer to ask about a DQ (disqualification) or to find out what to do better.

It doesn't matter if your Cuda is a 6 & under or an 18 year old, the coaches want to give them a high five and candy for their awesome swimming! Don't miss out!

Do you wanna be a DJ?

We are in search of our next Cuda DJ!

All of the equipment is provided (speakers, cords, mixer, amp, mics, etc). We even have an iTouch loaded up with awesome music to choose from! You can add your own music to the mix if you want. No need to talk on the microphone if you don't want to, we already have a DJ announcer, "Susie Q" Coe!

If you love music and would like the chance to spin some tunes, contact Brent McKay, or Liz Gilbert,

Swim Buddies needed for 6 & under practices!

We are looking for older swimmers (preferably 13 & up to help with our 6 & under swimmers at their practice!

Swim Buddies stay in the pool with these swimmers during their practice. The goal is to have the Swim buddies help the coaches by assisting swimmers to correct their stroke and for safety reasons.
If your swimmer is interested in becoming a Swim Buddy, please contact Coach Jennie for more information.

For students seeking community service hours, the coaches will sign-off on them if you consistently help as a Swim Buddy!

Wednesdays are "Fins"days!

Make sure your 11 & Up swimmer remembers their fins on Wednesday each week as this is when the coaches will be using them.

Remember, you can get these at any sporting goods store, but at A-Gleam, they have a special for our team for just $23!
