Update for Week of 1/11/2021
Staff Expectations for the Week of 1/11/2021
- Wearing of masks
- Social Distancing
- Washing hands
- Monitoring temperatures and covid-related symptoms
With most staff having access to devices, we are asking everyone to utilize telephones or the "call" feature in Microsoft Teams as much as possible when communicating with others.
Also, please refrain from congregating in any classroom or other campus area as much as possible. This includes during lunch and planning periods.
Childcare Procedures for the Week of 1/11/2021
Beginning Monday, January 11, 2021, staff may bring their children to school during virtual instruction. Students must be signed in by their parents, and must remain either in the room with their parent/guardian, or with an adult. This will continue on a week by week basis.
Parents are expected to provide breakfast and lunch for their children themselves as the cafeteria will not be providing meals next week.
Final Exams and EOCEP Testing
- 1/13 will be for exams in 1st, 3rd blocks.
- 1/14 will be for exams in 2nd, 4th blocks.
There will be no change in class times so please assign assessments that will reasonably fit in the assigned class time...also keeping in mind they do not have to take up the entire class.
Remember, exams only count 10% of the overall grade. The "final "/E1 can be a final exam, EOCEP Exam, project, performance-based assessment, or final performance. With the exception of EOC courses, they are also not required to be cumulative.
EOCEP teachers should remember that they still need to assign a teacher-generated exam for students to complete in addition to their EOC.
