Variation:
There are a lot of variation inside species and different characteristics per each species.
Inheritance:
The species normally inherence the characteristics of their parents.
Differential Survival:
Different places where animals live in environments that they are not used to. He made an experiment.
Extinction:
Some animals don't survive forever and do not reproduce so they start to die.
