Ingredients: ( 2 servings)
-2 cups of finely chopped cauliflower
-1 tablespoon of sour cream
-1 tablespoon of butter
Directions:
Start by steaming cauliflower until soft. Then put in blender or food processor with butter and sour cream. Blend until creamy like mashed potatoes. Or if you prefer put cauliflower in bowl with sour cream and butter and mash by hand until it is creamy and has the consistency of mashed potatoes.
