A Message from Principal Coley
Happy Monday, Princeton Families!
I hope this newsletter finds you well and in good spirits! Please review the information shared in entirety, as the updates should prove to be helpful.
Please know that we are currently in assessment season. While students are attending school, it has been rather difficult to capture data as attendance for many is inconsistent. To assist in ensuring that we reach 100% testing completion, please ensure that your child/children attend school daily. Teachers have provided letters to students in their respective classes, regarding testing, and a letter is attached below.
The Second Quarter Report Card Window opens on Tuesday, January 26 and closes on Thursday, January 28 at 11:59 p.m. If you have concerns about your child's progress, please be sure to reach out to his/her teacher.
On Thursday, January 28, students will engage in a Pep Rally at 8 a.m. We will have an opportunity to review virtual rules in a fun way and share laughs. Given that Thursday will serve as a 2-Hour Early Dismissal Day for students, they will not be required to return to school after their lunch break that begins at 11:30 a.m.
If you have any questions about information shared, please do not hesitate to ask. Have an Amazing Week on Purpose!

Monitoring Mondays
Monitoring Mondays is an initiative designed to support continued partnership between parents and teachers, as they work together to monitor student attendance and academic progress. Utilizing the Family Portal, parents will be able monitor student attendance and grades every Monday, after 12 Noon. Following, parents are to review student completion of graded assignments and overall attendance. If concerns arise, parents should contact their child's teacher. Together is Better and we are certain that through a shared commitment, student achievement will flourish. The flyer below will be shared with families every Monday, via Class Dojo. If you need help accessing the Family Portal, please send an email to Mrs. Cox, Administrative Assistant at: Kim.Cox@pgcps.org.
