Saturday, December 6, 2014
Who Should Attend:
All educators, school administrators, CIA personnel
About the Workshop:
Some schools have very little data to use in making instructional decisions, while other schools have an abundance of data. Regardless, many educators have said, “We have data, but we aren’t using it to change student learning.” This half-‐ day workshop is designed to provide educators with effective strategies in turning data into instructional practices that make a difference for all students.
As a result of attending , participants will:
- Demonstrate the ability to organize data for effective use in developing student-‐centered lessons.
- Understand that monitoring data leads to improved decision-‐making.
- Demonstrate the ability to be critical users of data in all instructional settings and decision-‐making to improve pedagogy.
