Principal Update
Week of August 28, 2017
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for making our back to school transition smooth! Let's remember to stay positive and focus on solutions.
I have created a Lesslie Faculty 2017-2018 course. Lesson plans, classroom schedules, team norms, collaborative team minutes, and grade level/class newsletters should be uploaded under the Professional Learning Community module.
SafeSchools Training
Because the needs of our students are changing, our staff members will be required to complete De-Escalation Strategies. The deadline for completing the De-Escalation training has been extended to Friday, September 15th.

Safety First
Please make sure that you have reviewed the SAFE SEVEN quick reference document. We will be having our first fire drill this week and we will practice an Emergency Lockdown by September 8th. A sheriffs' deputy will be here to provide feedback to our staff. If you do not have a copy of the SAFE SEVEN ( it is green on one side and red on the other side) please let me know.
Please view the following video, The Power of Teamwork , during a grade level collaboration time and post a team reflection in Canvas by Wednesday, September 6th.
