Information about the Asian Tiger Mosquito

This mosquito is terrestrial and an invasive specie. Asian tiger mosquitoes are from the north part of Asia and can be found in the forest. This mosquito could carry a disease, that could spread through out the U.S.. In the U.S. this mosquito would be found on the south side. The reason why these Asian tiger mosquitoes are here because, they traveled in a box of used tires and are traveling and spreading. You can avoid being bit by not being outside for too long or wear long sleeves and long pants, socks and shoes to avoid being bitten.
