Making News #2!
Makervengers, 2 November, 2015
Greetings, Maker Campers!
We were so excited to see you all last Wednesday for our first EVER Maker Camp. It was a memorable day to be part of history in the making and we can't wait to see you all again in less than 48 hours!
Here are a few reminders before this week's camp.
- Please be aware that the doors to 'The Makery' are opened at 3.45pm. This will give us the chance to get prepared and ready for everyone. We would appreciate you waiting outside the entrance to SIT Downtown if you arrive early, and not inside the corridor (There are lots of people moving around inside and we'd like to avoid a small crowd inside.)
- Please bring your own drink bottle with some water if you are likely to get thirsty, this week. We will be providing some fruit to snack on during the Camp, too.
- We work hard to provide all the equipment and resources you'll need. For this week, though, if you have a second hand tooth brush (not your parent's - they won't be pleased) then bring it along! We will have others for you but you might just like to have another handy!
That's all for this week. Keep an eye on our website for photos of our creations after each Camp. There have been some amazing innovations already - keep it up!
See you on Wednesday at 3.45pm!
