Science with Ms. Hoyle
In science this week students will explore the different cycles of matter. At this point all students have access to a paper book that they store in the science classroom. If students are gone a day or do not work efficiently in class, they may have homework from chapter 2 of their books.
We have started doing our BCA questions on Schoology. Students will be asked to post an answer to a daily question on Schoology. Student will now be earning 10pts a day for answering their BCA questions. These questions review key points that students should know for the lesson. | Math with Mrs. Bange Monday: We will finish our scale drawing projects. Tuesday: We will clean out our binders and do an inquiry activity as an introduction of rational numbers. Wednesday: We will begin Module 2-Rational Numbers and complete lesson and problem set 2-1. Thursday: We will continue our module on rational numbers and complete lesson and problem set 2-2. During this shorter week, we will be introducing the whole region, as well as Latin America’s 3 smaller regions: Mexico and Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Then, we will be watching an educational video on Latin America, with students taking written and illustrated notes. |

World Geography with Mr. Akagi
Next week in World Geography, we will be starting our new unit on Latin America! During this shorter week, we will be introducing the whole region, as well as Latin America’s 3 smaller regions: Mexico and Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Then, we will be watching an educational video on Latin America, with students taking written and illustrated notes.
