Building Champions in Academics, Character, and Community
2020-2021 Comes to a Close
Thank you so much for your support during this very challenging year. As superintendent, I feel as a team we accomplished great things as a school district, including UIL Academic District Champions!
Take a few minutes to look over end-of-year celebrations from across the district. We were happy to welcome parents back inside the buildings to celebrate with us. From the Class of 2021 Senior parade to award ceremonies and field days, this last week was fun and memorable. We also said goodbye to the Intermediate School with a very memorable ceremony.
Below, in this newsletter, there is information on many summer activities. Please continue to follow us on Facebook and the website for the latest information on summer activities.
Have a great summer!

LHISD Parent/Community Survey
Dear Parent/Community Member,
Liberty Hill ISD would like to hear from our parents and community members. Your feedback regarding our staff, programs, and services are crucial to the growth of our district. We pride ourselves on providing a variety of learning opportunities to our students. Still, we need to hear from you to ensure we equip our students to become the best version of themselves. The survey is strictly confidential and will not be collecting email addresses or names. If you have a child in more than one school, please complete a separate survey for each school. Please take a few minutes to complete the LHISD Parent/Community Survey and provide us your feedback.
Thank you!

LH Intermediate School End of an Era
I could not have asked for a better campus to serve Liberty Hill ISD and the community, than at the Intermediate. As we close this chapter and open another one, I want you all to always remember that you are Champions in academics, character, and community. Remember all the amazing things you learned here and carry them into the Future. Do not ever forget that you were part of The Best Intermediate in the State, and you helped shape and define a culture that will never be broken. Dream Big and Work Hard. Parents and community members, thank you for everything you did to make this the Best Intermediate in the State.
Sincerely,
Josh Curtis

Smart Tag Information
Do you know what to do with your child's Smart Tag?
Please read the attached information on how to turn in your child's Smart Tag so they will have it when school starts in August for transportation.
Thank you!
LUNCH HERO DONATIONS
The goal of the Liberty Hill ISD Child Nutrition Department is to provide nutritious meals to children during the school day. Children may receive breakfast and lunch at no cost to them if they are categorically eligible for free or reduced meals based on Federal poverty guidelines. Sometimes, however, children who do not qualify based on these standards need breakfast or lunch but do not have money in their student account or in hand to cover the cost of the meal at the time of the meal service.
The unpaid meal charges represent a difficult and complex issue directly impacting the children we serve. You may submit any donations that you wish to contribute HERE. We thank you for making a positive impact on our children's day so that no child will go home hungry.
