Colerain Building Leadership Team (BLT)
- A Building Leadership Team (BLT) is one of the many ways to ensure student academic success.
- A BLT is a school-based group of individuals (teachers, administrators, instructional assistance, etc) who focus on school improvement and supporting Teacher Based Teams (TBTs).
- The BLT focuses on building needs and then sets goals for the areas of weakness.
- The BLT then helps finds resources and information that will help address these areas of weakness and provide an action plan for success.
