Board Builder - Discovery Education
ABCYa.com
- ABCya Animate! - Add clipart and text to make your own animation.
- ABCya Crosswords (grades 3, 4, 5) and Crosswords Jr. (grades 2-3) - Create crossword puzzles for the students to complete or have the students create their own crossword puzzles. You can grade these crossword puzzles and/or allow students to evaluate each others work by completing them! Try these great resources that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
Audacity
- Audacity - Free audio software on every device in R1 - students can record themselves reading books, answer questions to assessments orally instead of a written response (great for SPED and ELL). Teachers can record daily conferences with students and record tests for oral administration. Audacity can be used in project-based learning projects such as podcasts, radio broadcast simulations and other engaging ways.
Museum Box
- Museum Box - Create historical museum box for historical figures, time periods, characters in a book, etc. This website contains teacher resources and lesson plan ideas for multiple content areas. Students can create their own museum and add rationales to explain why they chose certain pictures, quotes, etc.
