A Message From Mr. Stacho
It is hard to believe that nearly half the school year has gone by already! But here we are getting ready for another holiday break. It has been a challenging, yet successful year so far, all things considered. The staff have worked tirelessly to adapt to meet students' needs as we have shifted from Remote Learning 2.0 to in-person learning and back to remote again. It is a constant reminder of why Whitney Elementary School means so much to us all. There are too many names to mention individually, so I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped and let you all know how grateful we all are for your efforts.
This season marks not only the “nearly half way” mark for the school year, but also a time of joy, religion and reflection of some kind for us all. It is “The Season!” So, no matter what “The Season” means to you—whether it starts with Ramadan, Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanza, or the gathering of friends and family, or just a time to sit and reflect—on behalf of the staff of Whitney Elementary School, I wish you all the happiest of times and the brightest of futures.
Here’s to good health, happiness, and prosperity in the New Year!
Sincerely,
Glen L. Stacho
Yearbook Update 2020/2021
Since class parties and events have been cancelled or modified this year we’d like to fill our yearbook with any pics taken from home, school etc. Please submit any Halloween or Veterans Day pictures to dijuliusfamily@gmail.com. If you could include if they are from Halloween or Veterans Day in the subject line it would be appreciated
Thanks!!
