Focus your attention on the materials you are studying. Get rid of distractions so that you can focus and store the information in your long term memory. Try setting up a short period alone or ask your friends to give you some space.

Stay organized!!!!

Try grouping similar concepts and terms together, or make an outline of your notes and textbook readings to help group related concepts.


Do not be sleep deprived.

Taking a nap after learning a new topic is actually very beneficial. Some find a good night's sleep to have a positive impact when they are struggling to learn a new topic.
