EDpuzzle is one of the premiere tools for learning in the classroom. This is fantastic free tool for editing a video, cropping, adding quizzes/polls, narration, etc. then embedding into site/blog. It is especially useful for flipped classrooms.

Teaching Kids to Code

Code Kingdoms is a new site designed to teach kids how to code. The way this works is by students playing through levels that teach the basic concepts of coding. As the students advance through levels, they will interact w/ animals and use computational thinking to discover new abilities and challenges. Also, a user can create their own kingdoms!
