If you have fixed plans to move at the end of the year, and your current 6 grader at Collins will not attend Knox Jr High for 7th grade next school year, please notify our Registrar, Mrs. Roberts-Nield at mrobertsnield@conroeisd.net.
Nurse Kendall's Update
6th grade parents:
As you are preparing for your student to attend Knox JH or another JH campus, please be aware that there are 2 vaccine requirements for 7th grade: the Tdap and Meningitis vaccines.
Normally children receive these immunizations at their 11 year old check up, so if your child has had these vaccinations please send the record to me and I will make sure they are added to the record so that they will be up-to-date for 7th grade. If they haven’t received them, please make plans to have it done soon.
Thanks!
