Don't Forget!
Thanks for making sure our emails are not going to your spam or junk folder.
We appreciate every member of our BDA family!
We value our BDA family and your suggestions. We welcome the opportunity to solve any problems that come our way. Without your input, we wouldn’t be able to provide your dancers with the best possible dance education. To help us with this goal, we have two favors to ask of you…
#1 – If you ever have any concerns or comments, please pick up a Student/Parent Concern Form by the front desk. Write down your concerns / comments and we will get back to you ASAP! If you are not a paper type of person, please feel free to email us at info@bellevuedanceacademy.com.
#2 – You will find a Teacher Evaluation Form in your family folder in February. For those of you with dancers that have more than one teacher, please choose one to complete the form about. It is extremely helpful to sit with your dancer and discuss their opinions as well!! These forms are written in a way that you can remain anonymous, or you can include your name. If you would like to fill out another one for another teacher, please feel free to pick up extra copies at the front desk.
Again, your input is truly valued! Thank you for maintaining a positive atmosphere when here at BDA! Please let us know if you have any questions!
Spread the Word…
Closing Classes: If your dancer has been considering trying to add a class for recital. NOW IS THE TIME! As of January 31st, students will not be allowed to add a class for recital.
We do have a few new class openings listed below. Non-recital classes can always be added if there is an open space available.
Changing Classes: The only way to add or withdraw from a class is to complete the “Class Add OR Withdrawal Form”. If the parent does not give this written notice, monthly tuition will still be processed through auto-pay for the next month’s classes and they will be financially responsible for the amount. IF YOU ATTEND ANY PORTION OF THE MONTH, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL MONTHLY TUITION. Calling, speaking to someone, or e-mail are not accepted as a form of changing a class.

JUST A FEW $ REMINDERS...
$ Recital Fees are coming soon
DUE by February 15th, 2016. Recital Fees will be automatically deducted on February 15th if not paid prior. This fee includes 4 tickets per first student and 2 tickets per each additional enrolled child and a recital t-shirt for each of the dancers. This fee assists with covering the expenses of the recital, such as auditorium space, technical support, lighting rental, set pieces, props, custodial labor, security, and any other expenses associated with the recital. The recital fee is charged per family; $75 for families with one student, $130 if you have two students in family, and $160 for families with 3 students. $185 for four dancers in one family and $210 for five dancers in one family. A late fee of $25 will be assessed if the recital fee is paid after February 15th. Thank you for understanding the importance of getting this paid on time!
$ If any of your banking information changes, please let us know asap! This includes expiration dates! If ANY payment is returned for NSF or for any other reason, including expiration date or a cancelled card, your account will be assessed a $30 re-processing fee.
$ BDA does not mail out billing statements. Parents are responsible for the information that is posted on the bulletin board, placed in family folders or emailed. Please check email and family folders EVERY WEEK.
$ Refund Policy: As stated on your initialed registration form, all tuition, costumes, recital fees, competition fees and travel fees are non-refundable. No credits or refunds for missed classes. Make-up classes are allowed and must be made up within 8 weeks. Make-ups should be arranged with the teacher of the class that was missed.
A Chance to lower your bill!
We understand that your budget can get pretty tight. Because recital fees are not part of your monthly automatic withdrawal, we’d like to offer a way to help!
Fundraiser brochures are located next to your family folder.
The monies raised by your dancer can be used to pay for recital fees,
which are due February 15th.
You get to keep $4 per each item sold to use towards your recital fees.
This is an optional activity, not a requirement.
We hope it helps :)
