Keeping the Crew up to Date! Volume 2 Issue 17 - 1/8/23
Greetings Clipper Nation!
This week students currently enrolled in Algebra 1, English 10, Biology, or Government will take the Maryland Comprehensive Assessment. Most students will be completing testing during their regular class times. Students who are testing have received a testing ticket indicating the period(s) and location(s) where they will be completing their testing during that week. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the assistant principal, Ms. Dunn (adunn@wcboe.org).
We have been working to enhance the lunch experience for students at JMB. Starting tomorrow, snacks will return to the JMB Clipper Galley. Chips, ice cream, and low-calorie Gatorade drinks will be available for purchase at lunch. Students can pay for snack items using their lunch balance on MyPaymentsPlus or cash (small bills only, please).
Parents can add funds to a student's MyPaymentsPlus account, view a student's purchase history, and set low balance notifications electronically at www.mypaymentsplus.com. Upon registering your account with your student's ID number (not their PIN number), you will have free up-to-date access.
When you know your student will be late for school, please send them with a note so we can work to excuse their lateness.
This Thursday January 12th, we host Wicomico High School in boys’ basketball with the JV at 4:30 and the Varsity at 6:00. All tickets will be sold on www.gofan.co on the James M. Bennett ticket page. Tickets will go live at noon on Wednesday January 11th. We anticipate a sellout crowd so get your tickets early. Once all tickets have been sold online, there will be no additional entry to the game. Do not validate tickets - Tickets MUST be validated by our ticketing staff, screenshots will NOT be accepted.

Students who do not have a College Board account should create an account to view their scores at www.collegeboard.org. Students who don’t see their scores after they log in to their College Board account should contact Ms. Dunn at adunn@wcboe.org. How to Stay in the Know?
The best way to stay in the know is to make sure we have accurate information on file. Please look over all the information on the Student Personal Data and Enrollment Information Form as this is the information we currently have on file for you. Make any corrections to the form in blue. If you need additional space for emergency contact use a separate sheet of paper. Sign the back of the form and return it to the school. If you prefer to fill out a new form you can find a copy on our website.
