Online Tai Chi with Ming Xie
Tai Chi will meet for 4 weeks on Mondays from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
In this beginning Tai Chi course, instructor Ming Xie will teach you the eight methods of directing energy with your arms and the five steps; combined they make up the 13 postures.
Ming Xie has been teaching Tai Chi with us since summer 2009 and has trained and taught Tai Chi for over 30 years! Join Ming through Zoom this fall as she demonstrates how to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health through the gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi.
This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting.
