Email Move to Office 365
We will be moving our email from Outlook to Outlook 365 on the evening of December 12th.
- Be sure that if you use Personal Folders, you have moved them to your inbox by this date (Directions for Moving Outlook Personal Folders to Inbox). We have no way to get these folders back if you don't move them.
- When this move happens, you will lose email and calendar appointments on your phones. You will need to redo the set-up on your devices (phones and tablets) after the account is moved. Here are the directions for that.
- If you have Powerpoint, Word, Excel, or Publisher opened when the move it made, those programs will close.
- On your laptop, you should open Outlook 365 application on your computer (not the online version through Classlink). You will be prompted to enter your username and password. In the login in box, for the username, enter your username with @forsythk12.org behind it, enter your password, and check the box to Remember my credentials. Click OK.
I will put printed directions in your box before the move. Kyle and I will also be around on the 13th and 14th to help with any issues you have. On the 14th, we will be in the media center after school until 3:30.
Want to do a Breakout?
Our amazing PTO has purchased us access to the new BreakoutEDU digital platform and 2 breakout boxes. I would love to come do a breakout with your class! It can be holiday themed, or tied to a unit you are teaching. Just let me know what you are interested in, and I will plan it!

Let’s travel around the world and open our eyes to many holidays that other countries celebrate! Inside the box contains our ticket to holiday celebrations. Let’s breakout so we can celebrate all these holidays!
Finding Frosty
It's snowing, it's snowing, and the wind will soon be blowing! The only way to bring Frosty to life is to make him yourself, but can you get out there and get him assembled before the wind comes to blow his pieces away?
Are things you have saved not showing up on other devices or your panel?
It could be that your H drive isn’t syncing. To check, Click the 'teepee' icon in the bottom with corner.
Then, right-click the green rotating arrows. Select "Sync All".
Add this to your weekly routine until Tech Services is able to make a permanent fix!
