A Note From Katie
Welcome back! I hope you all had an amazing, restful break. My family and I just got back this morning from the US and we are so happy to have made it back in time (considering all the flight cancellations in the US right now!)
There is a lot of new information in the Eagle Express this week. Please know that we will be reviewing it in the staff meeting as well. You are welcome to email me with any questions, come see me in my office, or wait until the staff meeting.

Specific schedule starting January 9th
Event Support Form
The purpose of this form is so that the school departments can support your event and help you plan the details. The other purpose is to avoid conflicting events at the school.
Please submit this form to Katie (CC Brian, Parviz, Gunay/Ayshegul, Hayyam, Fikret, Ruslan, Sevda) by Monday at 12pm, then we can review the details and discuss the event at the next office staff meeting on Wed. (the earlier you can turn it in, the better.)
Book the location needed in the Campus Space Sign-Up form (for gym, bubble, library, auditorium or meeting room, send an email to Gunay/Ayshegul.)
Send permission forms, if needed, after the event is approved by admin. (for example, after school dances or Saturday beach clean-up.)
Facilities Sign-Ups
- For Makerspace, the cafeteria, the computer lab/iPads, and the terrace, teachers can edit the form themselves to reserve the space. Please put your name on the day/time you wish to reserve and change the shading of the box to dark grey.
- For the libraries, auditorium, gym, bubble, and conference room, please email the school secretary to reserve those spaces. The secretary will maintain that list.
Please remember that these are shared spaces and materials. For example, please don't book 15 iPads every morning.
