Learning Today... Leading Tomorrow!
A Note from Mrs. Linneweber
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend and are ready for another amazing week at CSA Fodrea!
Last Wednesday, we kicked off our fall fundraiser! Orders and money are due on Wednesday, September 11.
Coming up on Friday, we will host our annual Goodies with Grandparents event. See the flyer below for more information! Please send in all RSVPs by Wednesday!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
CAR RIDER DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
- We are requesting that all families dropping off their children please use the car rider line. I understand that the line is fairly long (especially since it is the beginning of the school year). However, the car line is the safest way to drop off your child, and the line does go quickly.
- In the car rider line when dropping off, please pull all the way up to the first staff member available. In the afternoons, please pull all the way forward to the first available colored cone.
-We request that you do not get out of your car in the car line. We have staff members available to help your child get into and out of the vehicle.
- If you are wanting to walk you child(ren) to the door, please park in the East side parking lot (not the parking lot in front of the building). Please do not pull into the East parking lot and let your child out. We do not have staff members on duty in that parking lot.
- Pre-K Dismissal: To help speed up the dismissal process, Pre-K students are dismissed at 2:30. The Pre-K families will form a line to the left of our K-6 car line. All Pre-K families, please enter through the north parking lot entrance to the east of the building. You will the turn into the first lane of the car rider line.
- To assist with Pre-K dismissal, we are asking that families of our K-6 students pull as far to the right as possible so that the Pre-K cars can get through easily.
We appreciate your assistance, patience, and understanding! :)
Our CSAF families are the best!
My Why
Mrs. Eva's WHY
Why did I become a teacher? That is always one of my favorite questions to answer. I became a teacher because of the amazing teachers I had in elementary school. Every teacher I had showed passion in teaching. They taught me to love learning like I do now. They were always my teachers first and then they were my friends. When I struggled with different things going on in life, they always knew how to make sure I was happy, healthy, and still eager to learn. I still have some amazing relationships with a few of my teachers from elementary school. My 6th grade science teacher still continues to teach me. She loves helping guide me as a teacher.
Because of my amazing teachers, I quickly realized that I want to be that person in a child’s life. I want to be the person that teaches them all the skills they need to be successful. I want to be the person they look up to. I want to be the person that is there for them through any hard time they go through. I am a supporter, a friend, a listening ear, but best of all, I am a teacher. I cherish every single day with my students. I look forward to guiding students and teaching them to love learning every day!
