Stress, Anxiety, and Depression
What are stress and anxiety? What are the differences between them?
Stress is one someone feels overworked or worried about one thing. Everyone feels stressed at one point or another; stress is a normal human response to being overworked. Anxiety is when someone feels worried about almost everything. Anxiety ties in with paranoia. Stress may occur when one has a night with a lot of homework, but anxiety will interfere with everyday life.

Depression
What is depression? How is it different from stress and anxiety?
Depression is when one feels down or saddened at everything. Someone with depression will have trouble being happy about things, and will have likely developed depression from anxiety or stress. Someone with depression needs to be treated, because feelings of depression may lead to suicide. Stress and even types of anxiety will be normal, but depression is a serious mental health concern.
