Learning Review during Summer
- iReady Reading and iReady Math is available during summer from June 10-July 29th. A few minutes a day is a great way for your kids to keep up their skills and even move ahead!
- Workbook resource - Check out Summer Bridge series for all grade levels. Students simply do one page (front & back) each day to keep their skills sharp and prepare them for the next grade level. https://www.summerbridgeactivities.org/ or find this series on Amazon!
Looking to Make Donations?
- If your kids have outgrown their Linda Vista t-shirts, bring them to the office. We could use them as spares for field trips and/or when needed. A great time to donate would be June 13-17 or July 27-August 16.
- All other clothing, shoes and blankets can be deposited in our green & white UsAgain bin in the parking lot. We get $$ for every pound donated. Please do NOT leave anything other than clothing, shoes & blankets.
- Donating reams of paper in the fall can be quite heavy for your kiddo to carry. We take donations any time the office is open.
- Our kids have loved having the Super Buck & Paw Buck store this year. We would love any donations of small toys & fidgets, mini Play Doh, fancy pens & pencils, DumDums & other hard candy, etc.
Thank you!!
Want to get ahead?
- Log into your Parent Portal account and update your child's Data Confirmation. This is a 7 step process, but must be done by all families to ensure we have up-to-date emergency information and permissions for your child(ren).
- See our Linda Vista Website for lists of recommended school supplies for each grade level. https://www.lindavistaelementary.com/about/school-supply-lists
