Why did Lake Oroville lose its water and never got it back?
The state was in such a bad drought that the governor demanded that they take the water out of this lake and other bodies of water they have in the state to give to the citizens for their houses and children because these homes ran out of water. The lake still hasn't gained back its water because there has been no rain or snow.
