Signs of a Stroke

If you see signs of a stroke act FAST.

  • F - Face drooping
  • A - Arm weakness
  • S - Slurred speech
  • T - Time to call 911!

Up to 80% of strokes are preventable with a healthy lifestyle. This can be done with exercise, healthy eating, managing blood pressure and cholesterol, not smoking, not abusing alcohol, and diabetes management.

The Mountainburg Public Library works hard to put together great activities for our communities. It doesn't go unnoticed and is very much appreciated!

Personal Note: This is Mrs. Christian. As many know, I grew up in Mountainburg. I remember the activities that our library would sponsor. Back then, the library was in what is now the VFW building across from Uptown Frills. These activities offer a fun and safe environment for the kids in our community.
