Pop Quiz!
Are you looking for an easy and fun way to help at Longmont Estates Elementary?
Is it hard for you to fit time to volunteer in your busy schedule?
Would you like to help shape opportunities for the students?
If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, then the Longmont Estates PTO is for you!
Who: The Longmont Estates PTO works for the betterment of the school and its students by coordinating fun events such as Jog-a-thon, Fall Festival and the Spring Disco. We also help by funding classroom paraprofessionals, as well as coordinating assemblies and teacher meals throughout the school year.
What: We have several positions opening up on the 2020-21 school year PTO Board. PTO members are volunteers, and positions are open to parents and guardians of all LEES students, including preschool!
Joining involves only a small time commitment, including monthly evening meetings that last between 45-90 minutes. Further time may go toward event planning and/or event participation.
We also provide free childcare at every PTO meeting to make it easier for people to attend!
When: Please join us at our next meeting, March 9th at 6:30, to learn more about the available positions!
Jog-A-Thon Coordinator
The PTO is seeking a JOG-A-THON COORDINATOR!!
This is your chance to serve in a fun position that has a huge impact on our school The money raised by this event goes directly toward paying for paraprofessionals for LEES classrooms, as well as events for students and teachers throughout the school year.
This Eagle is ready to soar!
Our current coordinator, Jen Dickhans, has worked very hard to make the transition smooth and effortless. Work starts in March with reaching out to community businesses for sponsorships and advertising opportunities. Jen will be available to help get you started and is willing to answer any and all questions, and give tips and feedback.
Please attend our next PTO meeting on March 9th at 6:30 to learn more. Free childcare will be available!
