We will be holding the main roundtable at TCNJ in Ewing. We will also hold a satellite location meeting in Old Tappan and connect via videoconferencing with TCNJ.

ONE GIANT LEAP . . . FOR SCIENCE!
NJSELA's own Brian Carey recently penned an NGSS article for the Star Ledger. If you missed it you can find it on NJ.com here: http://www.nj.com/opinion/index.ssf/2016/04/new_science_standards_in_schools_a_giant_leap_for.html

ECET2NJPA CONVENTION 2016
Please consider submitting a proposal to present your best practices at ECET2NJPA and attend the convening on September 24-25, 2016. ECET2 stands for Elevating and Celebrating Effective Teaching and Teachers. It was born out of a desire to provide a forum for exceptional teachers to learn from one another and to celebrate the teaching profession. Workshops at the convening should be designed to inform and inspire colleagues, develop attendees’ leadership potential, and hone their craft. Session proposals may focus on all aspects of education (core content, technology integration, whole child, digital literacy, etc.). Please know you are not limited to these, and we encourage any and all ideas you have for a session you'd like to lead. Proposals are due on April 30. More information is available on our website: http://www.ecet2njpa.org/.
