The Struggle of a growing country
Sioux Indians were part of western expansion. Their life was not important at the time of this western expansion. One chief of the tribe was Sitting Bull and his tribe was forced out of the Black Hills and had to move to Canada. They were forced out because of western expansion the white people wanted to take their land. Why??, Because the people wanted to expand on the properties giving the natives only reservations to live on. Is this fair in any way? It's not the natives had tamed the land before people showed up and wanted to just take over. The people also killed off the Sioux Indians food supplies which were the buffalo. Chief Sitting bull was shot accidentally and died
