Defining the Phrases
Noun Phrase- A noun phrase is the phrase that describes what is performing the action.
Verb Phrase- A verb phrase is the phrase that describes the action that is taking place.
Examples of A Noun Phrase

- The journal fell on the floor.
- I like to play the piano.
