Notes from Principal Klueppel...

Mark Your Calendar - Picture Day is Jan. 27

There is a prepay site that will close Jan. 28 (the day after picture day) to process orders. If you miss prepaying, you will have a chance to order pictures with your child's Ticket Code which will be delivered about 4 weeks after picture day. Additional information can be found below.


Remote students may come to Bell-Graham for pictures on 1/27 between 11am - 1pm. No sign-up is required. Students will need to be self-certified to enter the building for pictures. ONLY students will be permitted to enter the building.

Support your PTO and Salsa Verde at 1850 Lincoln Hwy in St Charles on Tuesday January 19th for a no cook night! Take out and DELIVERY are available! 20% of the sales on this day will be donated to the Bell Graham PTO. Please remember to mention the fundraiser when ordering!

All Kindergarten, Second grade, or New to Illinois Students need to have an updated dental form on file. Any exam dated 2/15/20 or later can be used. You can have the dentist's office fax the forms to 331-228-2101 or email them to

3rd graders need to have an updated Health Survey form on file.

You can find both forms on the district website under Health Services. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.

In-Person & Remote Attendance Line

Absences should be called in by 7:45 AM if your child will be absent for any portion of the day. The number is 331-228-2100 and has voicemail. You can call during the evening or overnight and leave a message. Please leave your child’s name, their teachers name and the reason why your child is out. If they are ill, please indicate their symptoms.

D303 is hiring substitutes!

It takes more adults to operate schools safely for students during the pandemic. District 303 currently has numerous job openings in a variety of job categories. If you are looking for temporary, part-time, or full-time employment, please visit the D303 Human Resources page to apply for a position.

One of the more flexible positions available is that of a D303 Substitute. You can choose to work, or not work, as your schedule permits. Take a moment and read the Substitute Handbook to see what this job entails.

If you are interested and hold a:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field you would qualify to apply for a substitute license with the state which allows you to sub for teachers or teacher assistants. You would apply using THIS link.
  • Associate's degree you apply for a Paraprofessional license which only allows you to sub for Teaching assistants. You would apply using THIS link.
  • High School diploma you have to take an aptitude test with the KANE ROE office. Once you pass that, you apply for a Paraprofessional license which only allows you to sub for Teaching assistants. You would apply using THIS link.
