Snow Days

One of the most stressful aspects of my job is the decision to close or not when inclement weather is approaching. In each and every instance the safety of our families and staff are paramount in my decision to close. I always wait until I have the most up to date information, then I have to make a judgment call. I know that the decision upsets many of you when you have to find child care before school in the morning. I am painfully aware of the situation this causes for you. Please know that this decision is not made lightly - my job is to provide instruction for your Husky each and every day that it is safe. Also, remember that many of our staff members live on back roads and are unable to get out of their neighborhoods when ice accumulates on their roads. I am always interested in your input when we close. If you would like to meet with me regarding my decisions, please stop by the office to chat, or if I'm not available, please make an appointment. I would much rather speak to you than receive an angry email. Thank you for your continued support. Power of the Pack!
