What components do you need for Netball?

Netball is a game which consists of seven players. These players are called, Centre, Goal Keeper, Goal Shooter, Goal Defence, Goal Attack, Wing Defence and finally Wing Attack. In Netball it is important to have Strength, speed, Muscular Endurance, Balance and Body Composition.

The main goal for the Wing Attack is to deliver the ball to the Goal Shoot or Goal Attack and to mark their opponent to prevent them from delivering the ball to their own Goal Shoot or Goal attack. The Wing Attack needs to have speed, you need speed in this position in order to be faster than your opponent so that you can pass the ball to the Goal shoot or Goal Attack so that they can score, if your opponent is blocking you they are preventing you form passing the ball.
